Body Surgical Procedures

All body surgeries at PMC are tailor-made, performed by highly experienced plastic surgeons, and follow strict European medical standards. This ensures patient safety, precision, and excellent outcomes.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

Abdominoplasty is a comprehensive body contouring procedure designed to remove excess skin and stubborn fat from the abdominal area, while tightening the underlying muscles to create a flatter, firmer, and more toned midsection. The procedure is frequently combined with targeted liposuction to further refine the abdominal contour and enhance overall body proportions.

Depending on the patient’s needs, abdominoplasty may range from a standard procedure focusing on the abdominal area to a more advanced circumferential approach, which addresses excess skin and fat around the entire torso, including the abdomen, waist, flanks, and lower back. This approach is particularly suitable for patients who have undergone significant weight loss, pregnancy, or present with skin laxity and fat deposits around the full torso.

At PMC, all procedures are performed by highly skilled plastic surgeons in fully equipped, state-of-the-art operating rooms, in strict compliance with European clinical and safety standards. Advanced surgical techniques are used to ensure precision, minimise scarring, and achieve natural-looking, harmonious results.

Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual patient following a detailed consultation and medical assessment. The procedure is supported by comprehensive post-operative care, including pain management, close medical monitoring, and personalised recovery guidance, ensuring maximum safety, comfort, and optimal long-term outcomes.

Post-Massive Weight Loss Body Contouring

Post-Massive Weight Loss Body Contouring is a comprehensive body reshaping procedure designed for patients who have experienced significant weight loss, whether through bariatric surgery, medical treatment, or lifestyle changes.

Following major weight reduction, the skin and underlying tissues often lose their elasticity and ability to retract fully, resulting in excess skin, residual fat deposits, and changes in body contour. These concerns commonly affect the abdomen, lower back, arms, and thighs, and may cause physical discomfort, skin irritation, difficulties with clothing, and reduced self-confidence.

This procedure aims to restore a firmer, smoother, and more proportionate body shape through a combination of body contouring techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. Treatment may include a 360° Abdominoplasty (Circumferential Body Lift) to address excess skin and tissue around the abdomen, waist, flanks, and lower back, Liposuction to improve body contours and remove localised fat deposits, Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) to reshape the upper arms, and Thighplasty (Thigh Lift) to improve the appearance of the inner and/or outer thighs.

The overall goal of Post-Massive Weight Loss Body Contouring is to remove excess skin, improve body proportions, enhance comfort and mobility, and achieve a more balanced and natural body contour following significant weight loss.
